Amazing product. The trekking poles are very good quality and it comes with a flashlight and it can be transformed into a chair super easily. instructions were easy to follow as well.
The main product and dimensions images are quite deceptive as the show both a set of walking sticks and a fully assembled chair. But that is not what this set is comprised of. You either have a fully assembled set of walking sticks, or you have a fully assembled chair, but not both at the same time. The chair frame is constructed by using most of the sections for the walking sticks. The Bag shown is actually the seat cover that folds up into a zippered pouch to keep all the parts and pieces in.The Chair is not all that easy to assemble, so when you’ve been trekking for half the day and are exhausted, assembling the chair may be the furthest thing from your mind or desires. And since it takes about 10 minutes to disassemble the poles, assemble the chair, disassemble the chair and reassemble the poles, your entire 10 minute rest stop will be wasted. The best item out of this entire set is the flashlight. Other than that, I would suggest keeping the poles assembled, pack the flashlight in your gear bag and toss the chair skin and additional chair parts in the junk bin of the garage. Then buy a decent folding chair to add to one’s pack gear. This set is a nice novelty but it is far from practical. On the other-hand, the chair is quite comfortable, so if you don’t need the trekking poles, you can go that route and ditch the poles, keep the parts handy for the chair only or leave it assembled and use it at the camp site.
Just got everything assembled out of the bag and this thing definitely earned its spot in my gear. The flashlight that it came with is definitely one of the brightest ones that you will ever see. If you go on a late night trail walk, you will not even have to worry one bit about not being able to see. I was skeptical about the camping chair at first, but it actually held up quite well while I sat on it. The height adjustment is also very easy to change. It's just like any other chair where you fold and collapse. It's super safe, lightweight, and honestly kind of genius for how much is packed at such a small size.
Awesome packaging and great quality product! Can't wait to get out camping with it
